The purpose of www.Oferteo is to facilitate commercial contacts between the Users wishing to buy services or products and their Suppliers. Additionally, we use our best efforts to ensure the security of the information entrusted to us. The website uses modern and reliable technologies, which improves technical security of the offered services.
Below we have described the operations performed on personal data of Users in connection with the serviced offered by Oferteo. The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary to attain the above-mentioned goal.
By sending the Request, the User provides their personal data and accepts the Rules.

Who does Oferteo pass on the personal data to? The data are passed on to the Suppliers, who made the Discovery, i.e. expressed their willingness to contact the User.
How long does Oferteo process the personal data? The data are processed to perform the agreement during its term. Upon expiry of the term of the agreement, the data are stored for the period of 10 years to resolve any potential disputes or disagreements, and also for the statistical and archiving purposes.
By creating a User Account, the Supplier provides their personal data and accept the Rules.

Who does Oferteo pass on the personal data to? The data are passed on to the potential clients of the Suppliers, who are the Users of Oferteo. We may use the help of external companies in terms of telephone services, mail correspondence and processing of potential payments.
How long does Oferteo process the personal data? The data are processed to perform the agreement during its term. Upon expiry of the term of the agreement, the data are stored for the period of 10 years to resolve any potential disputes or disagreements, and also for the statistical and archiving purposes.
By writing a Review on the website, the User provides their data and accepts the Rules.
Objectives and legal basis: the personal data are processed on the basis of the User's consent to recommend the reviewed web service to other Users.
Who does Oferteo pass on the personal data to? The Supplier, reviewed by the User, shall have access to their personal data. If the Supplier wishes to contact potential Clients via our website, the Clients shall also see the personal data and reviews of such Supplier. Other Users may see only the review.
How long does Oferteo process the personal data? The data are processed to execute the request of the User, i.e. the data are published in the Web Service. If the User demands deletion of the review, the data are stored for the period of 10 years to seek potential claims, and also for the statistical and archiving purposes.
The User, who sent the Request to Oferteo, may take part in the contest entitled "Choose a company with Oferteo". The User gives their consent to process the previously sent personal data and accepts the Rules of the above-mentioned contest.
Objectives and legal basis: the personal data are processed on the basis of the Users' consent, in particular, to appropriately carry out the contest, including the award of prizes, announcement of winners, recommendations for other users of the web service reviewed by the Supplier's User.
Who does Oferteo pass on the personal data to? The Supplier, reviewed by the User, shall have access to their personal data. If the Supplier wishes to contact potential Clients via our website, the Clients shall also see the personal data and reviews of such Supplier. Other Users may see only the review.
How long does Oferteo process the personal data? The information shall be processed by the end of the contest ("Choose a company with Oferteo").

Objectives and legal basis: on the basis of the consent of the User, Oferteo shall process their personal data to ensure communication between the User and the Web Service, also to enable one of our employee to provide a response in an appropriate message.

On behalf of our Users and upon request of the Requesting Party, to perform the agreement, we search for specialist also on the Internet, using public search engines, such as Google or Bing. The information which we most often find are corporate details, however, since some personal data may be also included therein (e.g. names and surnames in business names of sole proprietorships or email addresses), we present such information below.

Who does Oferteo pass on the personal data to? Oferteo passes on the data to potential clients, who sent their inquiry via Oferteo.
How long does Oferteo process the personal data? The data are processed until the User expresses their willingness to remove such data. Upon expiry of the term of the agreement, the data are stored for the period of 10 years to seek potential claims, and also for the statistical and archiving purposes.
On the basis of our Rules, the Suppliers need to use the request for review form or ask us to obtain such review from their Clients. In such case, the personal data of their Clients are entrusted to us for the purpose of obtaining the aforesaid opinion. The personal data, such as name and surname, email address or telephone number are collected, stored, developed and amended. Oferteo stores the entrusted data for the period of 10 years to secure the interests of Oferteo, Suppliers and clients of Suppliers, in case of any potential claims and disputes.

The service provider represents that they use cookies, which by saving small pieces of information on the computer of a User or other person visiting the Web Service allow their identification to improve the functioning of such Web Service, logging into the Web Service and its compatibility with the applications provided by Google, Inc. and Facebook. For the purpose of delivery of an IT Service to the User, it is essential to accept cookies on the User's computer. Every person visiting the Web Service may allow the storage of cookies on their computer or permanently disable such files by modifying the settings of a web browser. To allow the web browser to store cookies means that the User gave their consent to use such cookies. The service provider guarantees that the storage of cookies on the computer of the User or other person visiting the Web Services shall not cause any configuration changes of the computer or software.
It is possible to configure the web browser in such a manner so as to completely disable the function of storing cookies on hard drive. However, as a result of such operation, some functionalities of Oferteo may be lost.
The Web Service uses the information about the User to, for example, tell the User what other things the Users asking for similar offers were looking for, and send the User the customised information about the novelties, advice and surveys, without causing any legal effects against the User or affecting the User's situation in any other way.
The User is entitled to access their data content as well as to rectify, remove, limit the processing of data, transfer the data, object, withdraw their consent, at any time, without affecting compliance with the right of processing (if the processing is on the basis of consent) performed on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.
The right of access to the content: Upon request of the User sent via the contact form and upon authentication of such User, we shall provide clear information on the following:
Right to obtaining a copy of the personal data: Upon request of the User sent via the contact form and upon authentication of such User, we shall send the User a copy of their personal data, taking adequate safety precautions.
Right to rectify: Upon request of the User sent via the contact form and upon authentication of such User, Oferteo shall correct erroneous or invalid data and supplement incomplete data.
Right to remove: Upon request of the User sent via the contact form and upon authentication of such User, we shall remove the personal data of the User in the absence of other grounds for the processing of such data (e.g. upon termination of the agreement, we shall store the data for the period of 10 years in case of any potential claims).
Right to limit the processing of personal data to their storage: Upon request of the User sent via the contact form and upon authentication of such User, we shall not publish the personal data of the User on our website. Once the operation is performed, the User shall lose the history of their account.
Right to transfer: Upon request of the User sent via the contact form and upon authentication of such User, we shall send the file including the data in a commonly used format. As part of the right to transfer, the User may indicate an entity to whom the data shall be sent. For the purpose of security, the User shall verify a recipient of their personal data.
The right to object: The User may object via the contact form against the data profiling and processing. Upon authentication, Oferteo may disable profiling and hence not be able to provide all Services, which may lead to the deletion of the personal data.
The User is entitled to submit a complaint with a supervisory body if the User decides that the processing of their personal data violates the GDPR provisions or other regulations specifying the manner of the processing and protection of personal data. If we process the data on the basis of the User's consent, the User shall be entitled to withdraw such consent, at any time, without affecting compliance with the right of processing performed on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.
To gather statistics, efficiently send emails to Users and continuously improve the functioning of the Web Service, including better adaptation of sites and offers, we use the tools provided by the companies located outside the EEA, such as Google LLC, MailChimp, Mailgun or Facebook. We choose only such companies which guarantee high level of protection of personal information. The guarantees mainly result from the obligation to use standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission (EU) or from the participation in the "Privacy Shield".
All data collected by Oferteo are protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures as well as security procedures implemented to protect the data against access by unauthorized persons or unauthorized use. Affiliated entities, partners and external service providers undertook to manage the data in accordance with the security and privacy protection requirements adopted by Oferteo.
The Administrator is entitled to amend the Oferteo Privacy Policy at any time. New Privacy Policy becomes effective at the time of its publication at /konfidentsiinist
